Job Description: We are seeking a sed SQL Database yst with strong experience in the healthcare industry to join our team. This role will focus on writing and executing SQL queries to support healthcare data management and reporting needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong healthcare domain knowledge advanced SQL ss and the ability to present datadriven insights to executives and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement healthcare rules and regulations in the database environment.
Write and optimize SQL queries to retrieve relevant healthcare data ensuring data compliance with healthcare policies.
Develop SQL queries to make adjustments to current databases such as ensuring claims include service dates or other necessary data points.
Pull data to support reporting and ytics; no need for data fixes but ensuring accuracy in query results is crucial.
Collaborate with internal teams to understand healthcare data requirements and translate them into actionable SQL queries.
Present findings ysis and query results to executives and other senior stakeholders clearly and concisely.
Ensure the data meets healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Strong experience in the healthcare industry with a deep understanding of healthcare data management.
Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Experience with healthcare claims services data and regulatory reporting.
Ability to communicate and present complex data clearly to nontechnical executives and stakeholders.
Strong ytical ss with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across departments.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with large healthcare databases and systems.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and regulations.
