Key Account Manager

This is a remote

• Work with the Director/Manager of Mobile Engineering to plan, coordinate, and assist with engineering projects for specified mobile
  
• Work with fellow Mobile Unit Engineers in the repair and maintenance of mobile unit
  
• Ensure the smooth workflow of the maintenance group as it relates to the needs of mobile unit
  
• Complete technical reports for each event to ensure equipment needs/issues are met and
  
• Coordinate equipment needs by working closely with Mobile Unit Coordinators and Field Shop
  
• Maintain and file the proper expense reports on a per show or other designated
  
• Assist with providing technical support for new mobile unit builds and system upgrades, in cooperation with the Engineering and Systems Integration
  

Requirements

• Technical or field or Engineering preferred, however various combinations of education and experience will be
  
• 5+ years of experience working in television production technology with progressive managerial
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of technology, equipment, facilities, and production for major commercial and cable television
  
• Supervisory experience required; including project coordination, sales support, and other related
  
• Ability to interface with clients and provide a high level of service and
  
• Must be willing and able to travel to NEP s live events as
  
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task in high-pressure
