Entry Level Client Service Representative

• Engage and communicate with potential donors directly.
  
• Create and direct promotional fundraising initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
  
• Determine particular target markets to help our charity partners market their core aim in the community.
  
• Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to raise brand awareness and recognition.
  
• Support every aspect of marketing with a client-first approach.
  
• Assist the senior marketing manager with any other projects that are allocated to you.
  

Requirements

• An associates degree or some college coursework is desired but not essential.
  
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric business is necessary.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
  
• Highly motivated
  
• Excellent communication abilities
