OED Solutions Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Client Service Representative to join our growing team! Our company was founded on the ideas of excellent customer service and a dedication to providing our charity partners with high-quality fundraising services. Our objective is to connect creative marketing and fundraising tactics with their potential donor base in a novel and one-of-a-kind way in order to improve brand awareness and long-term donor loyalty.
Entry Level Client Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage and communicate with potential donors directly.
- Create and direct promotional fundraising initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager.
- Determine particular target markets to help our charity partners market their core aim in the community.
- Implement targeted marketing and sales strategies to raise brand awareness and recognition.
- Support every aspect of marketing with a client-first approach.
- Assist the senior marketing manager with any other projects that are allocated to you.
Requirements
- An associates degree or some college coursework is desired but not essential.
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a customer-centric business is necessary.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced atmosphere
- Highly motivated
- Excellent communication abilities
0-6 years relevant experience in a leadership role, sales, marketing, communications, and/or customer service (hospitality, retail, and/or restaurant). Legally authorized to work in the United States Interest in developing customer and client partnerships. Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize sales activity.
