We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Brand Marketing Manager Trainee to join our team and assist us in providing exceptional service and support.
Our Brand Marketing team is essential in engaging the local community, starting meaningful conversations, and answering questions about our clients causes. Through collaborations with our nonprofit partners, we help organizations achieve their objectives while also improving our own community.
Responsibilities of a Brand Marketing Manager Trainee:
- Attend daily in-office meetings to stay current on client-supplied statistics and campaign insights.
- Create and implement event marketing strategies to increase community engagement and awareness.
- Determine your target demographics and tailor your marketing efforts accordingly.
- Manage event materials and merchandise to increase brand recognition.
- Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
Requirements
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field is preferred but not required.
- Interpersonal and communication skills are required.
- The ability to think creatively and solve problems must be demonstrated.
- The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Superior time management skills
