Brand Marketing Manager Trainee

• Attend daily in-office meetings to stay current on client-supplied statistics and campaign insights.
  
• Create and implement event marketing strategies to increase community engagement and awareness.
  
• Determine your target demographics and tailor your marketing efforts accordingly.
  
• Manage event materials and merchandise to increase brand recognition.
  
• Collaborate with team members from various departments to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
  
• Monitor and report key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Business, or a closely related field is preferred but not required.
  
• Interpersonal and communication skills are required.
  
• The ability to think creatively and solve problems must be demonstrated.
  
• The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
