We have an exciting new opportunity for a Digital Campaign Manager to join the Creative and Production Team. You Will : • Structure, develop and own the marketing advertising campaign for all active regions based on global and local promo periods • Be involved throughout the whole creative process and will provide feedback to the Design and Production team based on marketing strategy • Supervise and manage 1 marketing copywriter and ensure all copies are compelling and consistent with our marketing strategy • Evaluate the look and feel of marketing assets (banners, ad copies, landing pages) used for acquisition / marketing plans and make sure they align with our Brand identity and Brand guidelines • Follow the execution and implementation of each promo campaigns with the performance marketing teams, monitoring and measuring the performance and communicating the results to the broader team • Proactively produce creative ideas for the respective teams to test new campaigns and/or content on any paid or non-paid relevant channels (Search Engine, Social Media, Influencers, Affiliates, Email, etc.) • Leverage market and consumer research studies, surveys and tools at disposal to understand clients, prospects and market opportunities for Novakid and use any strategic findings in an appropriate way to constantly elevate the quality of our marketing assets • Ensure sales pricing strategies for services and products marketed through performance marketing campaigns are thoroughly observed and correctly relayed. • Communicate to team and management on campaign development, timelines, and results. Job requirements You have: • Experience in marketing project management, stakeholder management, messaging and content creation for content marketing • Understanding of, and confidence to deploy, the latest skills and tools in digital event marketing • Skills at analysing marketing data to draw insights for data-led, responsive decision-making to ensure campaigns are fully optimised • Knowledge on how to deliver a strong and engaging customer journey from first touch point through to all engagements before, during and after the event • Proven ability to design content marketing strategies and write compelling marketing-driven copy • Strong project management skills and ability to plan ahead, work on multiple campaigns at any one time and handle tight deadlines • Content-driven, Insights-led with a creative flair and adaptable nature, not afraid to try new techniques for delivery of campaigns • A nose for strategic opportunities through influencers, affiliates and media partners • An adaptable and flexible approach to working, keen to volunteer and willing to embrace new ways of working • Growth mindset and Can-do attitude • Outstanding ability to think creatively, and identify and resolve problems. • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere. • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points. • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation. • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics, Metabase,etc. as well as internal reporting tools. • BS/BA degree preferred.
