We are looking for a Junior SRE Engineer to contribute to the development of a fintech service tailored for EU clients. We expect a new team member to work independently and proactively (look for details and answers, not just wait patiently for a reply), and be comfortable raising challenges and proposing software improvements. It is vital that you have good communication skills and a proven ability to work well with both technical and non-technical colleagues and be comfortable working with minimal supervision.

You have:
- Experience with AWS (at least 1-2 years), particularly Elastic Kubernetes Service
- Proficiency in IaC, including terraform, terragrunt, helm, vault
- Experience with Postgresql
- Proficiency in Github actions, jenkins piplines.
- Experience with datadog, sentry.
- Configurations versioning using Ansible
- Experience with openvpn server.
- Experience with docker, docker compose
- Configurations nginx as kubernetes ingress
Skills that will be a plus:
Experience with any of the following: Kafka, Django, RabbitMQ, Celery, Python
What to do:
- Develop and provide operational support for full-stack software applications.
- Collaborate with development operations staff to create, monitor, and troubleshoot the system infrastructure.
- Increase system resilience and serve larger customer volumes with expert-level coding, bulletproof release, and change management skills.
- Improve automation and increase the system’s self-healing capability.
- Collect operating system data and report performance metrics to stakeholders.
- Manage cloud and database system maintenance, debugging production issues as they arise.
