B2B Marketing Lead

Our team is growing with the steady increase of business and we are looking for key players to scale our company and make an impact.

We re seeking an experienced team leader to join us in owning all things marketing including growing their team in the near future. This position is critical in our strategic plans to grow our outreach within the US market.

What You Will Do

• Be a thought-partner with C-Suite in strategizing and developing roadmaps
  

• Ensure performance, strategy, and alignment of the company s revenue-generating departments
  

• Build & manage the global marketing team to drive new quality leads into the sales funnel
  

• Build and foster creative teams that are committed to our culture of innovation (Q3 2024 is the current plan for this)
  

• Monitor the leads pipeline vigilantly, adjusting as necessary for sustainable growth
  

• Manage channels of communication including social media platforms, webinars and marketing emails
  

• Provide proactive insight on how to improve processes, messaging and brand-related strategies
  

Requirements

What You Offer

• +5 years in US B2B marketing, preferably within the insurance space
  

• Proven track record of growing leads pipeline
  

• Experience in B2B messaging to SMBs across the USA a must
  

• Inspirational intrapreneurial style and hands-on approach
  

Nice to Haves!

• Experience with Zoho One or like software
  

• Insurance experience a major plus
  

• Leadership experience in managing remote teams
