Senior Architecture Project Manager

Are you a Senior Architectural leader seeking an opportunity to make a difference with a growing organization?

Seeking a Senior Architecture Project Manager to oversee operations of a department comprised of a team of interior designers and architects. Seeking someone with a solid understanding of industry standards and adaptability to learn and juggle multiple projects simultaneously with the design team. Develop architectural details, review drawings, RFI's and projects for compliance. Mentor and distribution work to junior staff. Project budget, schedules and resource allocation understanding. Collaborate with engineers and other team members on projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in architecture required. Masters in architecture preferred.
• A minimum of 8 years' experience in Architecture is required.
• Registered Architecture in Michigan and NCARB, preferred.
• Leadership experience with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other software programs
• ACAD, Revit, Photoshop, SketchUp or other 3D modeling software required.
• Time management and excellent interpersonal skills preferred.
