DESIGN COORDINATOR WITH SITE SUPERVISION AND ADMINISTRATION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Role OverviewAs a key member of our team you will play a crucial role in facilitating effective design collaboration and oversight Your responsibilities will include

1. Active Participation in Design Meetings
   • Actively engage in all onsite design meetings
   • Document meeting minutes (MoMs) comprehensively
2. Collaboration and Alignment
   • Work closely with the AMB team and the Client to ensure alignment and understanding of design objectives
3. Design Oversight
   • Oversee the design development activities of rd party designers and contractors
   • Provide initial design reviews ensuring alignment with the outcomes of the meetings (full technical and structural reviews will be conducted by the AMB team)
4. Schedule and Submittals Tracking
   • Monitor the design development schedule and the status of submittals
   • Report any delays or discrepancies promptly

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

QualificationsTo excel in this role you should meet the following criteria

1. Educational Background
   • Hold a degree in civil engineering
2. Experience
   • Possess a minimum of years of experience in site supervision and design administration
3. Language Proficiency
   • Have a minimum English proficiency level of B
4. Personal Qualities
   • Demonstrate a proactive and motivated attitude
   • Exhibit strong communication skills and confidence
