Shipping and Receiving

Pay: $17-18/hr.

Hours:  Monday-Friday 7AM-3:30PM

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma

Job Description:

Receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists. Inspect incoming materials for damage, accuracy, and quality, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate department. Properly label and organize received materials in designated storage areas. Prepare and package outgoing shipments, including accurate labeling and completion of shipping documents. Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickup or deliveries. Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by performing periodic cycle counts.

Requirements:

Must have at least 2 years of shipping and receiving experience. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to use shipping and inventory management software. Must have knowledge of computer applications/systems. Physical ability to lift and move objects consistently when necessary 60lbs+. Must be able to pass a national background check. Must be able to pass a 10-panel drug screen.
