Technical Officer Licensing

Assist in delivering effective Licensing Services within Worcestershire Regulatory Services.

Tasks

Duties:

• Prepare and present reports.
• Gather evidence and appear in court.
• Handle correspondence and statutory notices.
• Investigate incidents and complaints.
• Monitor, analyze, and mediate objections.
• Inspect premises and vehicles.
• Maintain a database.
• Liaise with agencies.
• Provide advice and education.
• Research and draft materials.
• Represent the service.
• Assist in initiatives.
• Perform occasional out-of-hours work.

Requirements

• Licensing certificates or substantial experience.
