Job Title: Microsoft 365 Platform Program Manager

12 Months Contract

100% Remote

Responsibilities: Utilize the Microsoft Platform Vision/Strategy to manage all aspects of platform execution with high degrees of complexity and/or ambiguity including significant interdependencies and stakeholder groups Work with Microsoft Solution Architect to understand where proposed projects and/or programs fit within the platform roadmap and prioritization Communicate platform status, accomplishments, and needs both within and outside the platform team to ensure success Coordinate with the Microsoft Change Manager to ensure a successful change management approach is being utilized through Programs and/or Projects within the Microsoft Platform Utilize platform, program and project investments and resources in an efficient manner, with an emphasis on overall benefit for the enterprise Leverage common and consistent approaches to Project Management across Programs and/or Projects within the Microsoft Platform to ensure successful completion on time, within cost and agreed upon scope & deliverables Coordinate with Team Leads to scope, prioritize and build effective project teams to execute on approved projects and/or programs within the Microsoft platform Create detailed plans and meet agreed upon timelines by managing critical path and communicating critical milestones Perform activities including managing/resolving risks and issues; status escalation; and facilitating, documenting, and communicating decisions

Qualifications Working with customer groups to identify, define, scope, and prioritize program objectives and deliverables. Leading and coaching the Project Managers of the program constituent projects Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress Coordinating the projects and managing interdependencies Supporting the development of effective project teams and monitoring resources across the program Managing the program's forecast/ budget Performing controlling activities (governance, risk, issue identification & resolution, milestone tracking & status escalation) Partnering with sponsors to understand success criteria and value realization measures Ensuring projects within the program are completed on time, within cost and agreed upon scope & deliverables Communicating program status, accomplishments, and needs both within and outside the project teams to ensure project success

Required Qualifications: - Minimum 5 years of project/program management, leading large and complex programs with significant interdependencies and business impact in a cross functional, global environment - Experience applying standard project and program management tools in the execution of programs - Proven ability to manage program team and stakeholders on requirements gathering, roadmap alignment, timelines, resources, change needs, implementation, and sustainment - Proven ability to plan strategically and engage tactically to both develop the broad plan and work hands-on to implement - Solid understanding of the value of change management and its impact on platform/program/project execution and Associate experience - Proven ability to understand and manage complexity/ambiguity, to create clarity of scope for ambiguous projects and uncover truly important issues - Demonstrated skills building collaborative and productive working relationships/partnerships across levels, functions, and regions - Proven ability to influence and facilitate teams without direct organizational authority - Excellent written and oral communication skills.
