Behavioral Health Program (IBHS) Coordinator - Full-time

Harrisburg, PA

• Fulltime Position 45 hours per week
• Serve as a County Coordinator for an Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program.
• Provide leadership to a growing IBHS team
• Schedule and assign Mobile Therapist/Behavior Consultant cases
• Supervision and hiring of all IBHS staff
• Attend consumer and administrative meetings
• Competitive pay and benefits depending on experience ($55,000 to $60,000 per year)

A local IBHS (Intensive Behavioral Health Services) team is looking for a Coordinator for their busy and growing office in Dauphin County. The program provides services for children, adolescents, and their families in their homes, schools, and communities.

Our Ideal IBHS Coordinator:

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, School Counseling, or other Human Services related field
• Licensed Required (BSL, LSW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Practicum/Internship in Master's Program required
• Experience working as a Mobile Therapist/Behavior Consultant is a plus
• Enjoys leadership & administrative responsibilities
• Detailed, organized, and timely with paperwork
