• Managing nursing services in collaboration with the Home Manager

• Planning, directing, and delivering person-centered care through comprehensive care planning
  
• Overseeing all aspects of medicine management to ensure proper receipt, storage, and administration of medications
  
• Conducting staff reviews through supervision, appraisals, and team meetings
  
• Playing an active role in training the nursing team to keep them updated on current practices and developments in the field
