Client currently seeking a strong Oracle Technical Development Lead with experience in developing around Manufacturing , Engineering module . Consultant who enjoys interacting with both customers and peers to be part of our Extended Oracle EBS Team. The senior developer lead will be involved in all phases of projects, from analysis of client's needs to implementation, upgrade, customization, and reporting on a variety of solutions. The developer lead will be dealing with high profile Aerospace & Defense customers and will be required to configure and execute solutions to meet the client's complex needs, hence need Aerospace & Defense industry experience and lead development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a willingness to provide support along with strong technical knowledge.

The expectation is this person would have 12 years of experience with EBS development and ability to work US PST hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Developing and maintaining software using Oracle EBS system.

Actively participating in all stages of the implementation and upgrade projects from development through testing

Developing relationships with the clients and supporting them during the project lifecycle

Meeting with and utilizing teammates' expertise to maximize project efficiency.

Should have lead development teams and executed packets of development work from them with high quality and standards of delivery for the Aerospace & Defense Industry.

Attention to details and Documenting methods and lessons learned.

Exposure to DevOps and Agile projects needed.

Experience in validated environments and automated regression testing is a plus.

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS:

Bachelor's degree and equivalent experience in the development industry

Experience Oracle R12 Technical Consultant specialising in data migration, interfaces and modifications

Excellent development skills with experience in Oracle AIM, PLSQL, Java, JSP and REST/SOAP Web services

Strong in Analysing business requirements documents and scenarios for each RICEFW component

Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing Oracle EBS with an emphasis on Oracle Engineering module and manufacturing modules.

Document technical specifications for the RICEFW components

In Depth knowledge of object-oriented methodologies and API development preferred

Database experience (Oracle, SQL Server) is a plus.

Cloud experience is a plus.


Experience working on Agile engagements is a plus
