The Director Business Development will be rewarded directly for developing the customer base and will mentor other associates. Responsibilities:

• Build a new customer base by promoting our personal development programs.
• Utilise various digital marketing channels, including social media, to drive customer engagement and conversions.
• Interview potential customers to understand their goals and connect them to our personal growth and leadership programs.
• Mentor other associates to build our customer portfolio.
