Senior Development Officer for Healthcare Organization

About the job
Our client is a Hospital seeking an experienced development professional to oversee and manage all aspects of planned and major giving to secure large giving and increase the number of giving made through bequests, trusts, charitable annuities and other giving vehicles planned. The Chief Development Officer partners with and solicits donors to realize their philanthropic ambitions while advancing Foundation goals and strategic priorities.
Ideal Candidate
Ideal candidate has excellent track record of working with philanthropically minded donors looking for a mission to get behind. Is comfortable managing large donor portfolios and has superb networking skills. Understands the role and importance of major gifts and planned giving in a comprehensive fundraising program.

Skills and Certifications
- Bold skills and certification are required
- Minimum Education - Bachelor's Degree
- BS or BA in related field
- At least 5 years experience as a professional fundraiser
- Willingness to Travel - Occasionally
