Manager Of IT Services

We are seeking a Manager of IT Services for our valued client, a global construction and engineering services firm based in Baton Rouge, LA and responsible for managing a team of 12+ employees to provide stellar solutions and support to field employees. The client is a growing company and is looking to expand its team!

As this is an onsite position, relocation assistance will be considered; however, an individual must reside in or near Baton Rouge.

What you will need:

• 7+ years of experience in the Information Technology field.
• 3+ years in a leadership position within IT. Preferred experience as IT Service Desk Manager or similar experience preferred.
• Experience with leading teams to troubleshoot end-user equipment such as tablets, laptops, desktops, mobile phones, and LTE technologies.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and logistics coordination is a must.
• Ability to manage and motivate a high-performing team.
• Experience or certification in ITIL fundamentals preferred.
• 4-year Degree or Equivalent Work Experience
• Ability to travel 25-30% monthly.
