High-Level Executive Assistant

We are looking to hire a femaleHigh-Level Executive Assistant for our client in Doha, Qatar.

The responsibilities of the High-LevelExecutive Assistant includeplanning meetings and organizing calendars.

To be successful as a senior executive assistant, you should have excellent organizational skills, be proactive, and possess a professional demeanor. Ultimately, a top-notch senior executive assistant should be equipped with experience, able to tackle any task given to him or her in a timely fashion and communicate effectively.

Requirements:

• Locally available in Qatar or from Dubai
• Holder of a Qatar driving license is a plus
• Highly experienced in assisting Senior Executives
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong time-management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and an aptitude for learning new software and systems
• Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information related to the company and its employees
• Can work independently or with minimum supervision
