• Provide expert consultation on the use of NS3 for network simulation and performance analysis
  
• Assess client needs and recommend solutions for network simulation projects
  
• Design and develop network simulations using NS3, including custom modules to extend its capabilities as needed
  
• Write efficient and effective code in C++ and Python to meet project requirements
  
• Debug and fix code to resolve errors and improve performance
  
• Analyze simulation results to identify trends and patterns in network behavior
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and quality assurance specialists
  
• Keep up-to-date with new features, tools, and best practices in network simulation and NS3

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field
  
• Strong knowledge of NS3 and network simulation
  
• Experience with C++ and Python programming
  
• Familiarity with network protocols and wireless networks
  
• Ability to write clear and efficient code and debug complex software systems
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for working with cross-functional teams and clients
