- Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for office visitors and phone calls
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, arranging logistics, and preparing materials
- Manage correspondence and communications, including email, mail, and faxes
- Provide administrative support to management and other team members as needed
- Maintain accurate and organized records and files
- Manage and update office databases, including contact lists and employee information
- Assist with budget and expense management
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required, associates or bachelors degree preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office coordination or administrative role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with office equipment and software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
