We are looking for a lawyer (Commercial Counsel) to join our legal team in the Reporting to the General Counsel, you will have the opportunity to work within a global business and be the lead on master services agreements, vendor agreements, contracting experience and influencer

Contracts:
Draft, review and negotiate service and vendor contracts relating to our business services including marketing services, public relations, digital and channel programs, event management
Draft, review and negotiate vendor agreements
Create, draft, review and negotiate marketing influencer agreement
Advise business teams on contract risks while ensuring business' needs are met in the context of the Brand and overall Next 15 group's legal position
Employment Law:
Provide legal advice, counsel, and support to key business team members on a broad range of employment matters, including drafting employment related documents, procedures, policies, and managing legal disputes
Develop and lead in-person employee training sessions
Manage, develop, and maintain templates in accordance with global strategy and local law
General and Commercial Law:
Advise business on legal issues related to expansion of business and launching client initiatives
Conduct ad-hoc research on developing law and novel legal issues, privacy laws
Manage and confer with outside counsel on all disputes and formal litigation
Contribute to the development and documentation of the brand and group's internal processes
Participate in non-legal, internal committees to advance the business
Be the go-to person for senior management and business leaders
US law degree with above-average results
At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or a corporate law firm
Computing skills to efficiently work in a paperless legal department
Accustomed to cope with varying demands and tasks at a time
Business orientation and commercial sense
Service-oriented towards external customers and colleagues with excellent interdisciplinary and intercultural communication skills
Hands-on mentality and ambitious towards achieving objectives
Legal all-round skills with excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills, and an interest in commercial and corporate law, intellectual property, as well as IT and software
