ProQR is currently looking for a IT Junior Business Analyst (full time) to join our IT department and who will report to the Director Information

Location: Leiden, NL

The role:

The IT junior business analyst supports the business and provides continuity and improvements in the short and long

This includes maintaining and monitoring the IT landscape, primarily focusing on ERP systems (SAP & Basware), and the IT Service Management tool

This role is aware of the day-to-day needs of the business and translates those business needs into a friendly and positive user experience during the entire IT journey of ProQR

Also, this role serves as a contact for IT SSOX-related matters, including internal and external audits and the execution of SOX-related controls performed in the IT

Key duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain a SOX-compliant IT environment
  • Be a point of contact for the external and internal auditor, gradually evolving to the primary contact
  • Perform daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual IT controls
  • Plan and manage implementations, changes, and incidents
  • Contact point for on-site support engineers and service desk manager
  • Communicate with internal and external parties
  • Contact for resolving issues throughout the IT infrastructure (supported by on-site support engineers)
  • License administrator and user management for all applications and software packages
  • Oversee and monitor Information Security issues
  • Facilitate a reliable (online) working/videoconferencing environment (when necessary supported by on-site support engineers)
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by management

Required qualifications:

  • A highly motivated, customer-focused, accountable team player with excellent interpersonal, diplomatic, written, and oral communication skills, who is able to build complex relationships at all levels of the
  • An out-of-the-box thinker who is solution and results-driven
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Minimal BSc degree or BBA degree or equivalent with IT / technical affinity and 1-3 years of experience in IT
  • Excellent command of spoken and written Dutch and English
  • Able to work under pressure
