Role Summary:
To provide advocacy, advisory and drafting services to our
Training will be provided by more senior members of the
Based in Liverpool office but may require travel to Manchester and Bolton and to Court as

Key duties and responsibilities:
Undertake advocacy, drafting and advisory work; including but not limited to: pleadings, Stage 3 hearings, interlocutory hearings, small claims trials;
i Assisting more senior members of the team in the delivery of the

Undertake client facing, product development tasks as

Requirements
If Solicitor Higher Rights of Audience / Ability to demonstrate related experience / Enthusiasm to develop advocacy
In either case NQ - 8 years call or PQE
Experience in insurance fraud; general PI; EL/PL and/or professional negligence an
Strong A-Levels and
