Receiving and Inventory Associate

The purpose of this position is to function as a centralized point of receiving and inventory control for NEP Systems The Receiving and Inventory Associate will perform all necessary receiving and shipping activities to meet the requirements of the Systems Integration team, NEP, and clients, while upholding the NEP Core

• Receive daily deliveries (FedEx, UPS, freight, ). Forklift operation
  
• Follow established procedures for receiving deliveries, both physically and
  
• Follow established procedures for bar coding equipment and entering information into NEP s Equipment Database
  
• Maintain organized inventory in specified areas while seeking ways to improve
  
• Take an active role in observing daily operations, events, and activities to be aware of necessary shipments to expedite or coordinating of
  
• Determine proper disposition for deliveries that arrive with inadequate
  
• Maintain a clean and presentable
  
• Assist with properly storing equipment and materials in specified areas for inventory
  
• Assist with loading and unloading of inbound and outbound broadcast
  
• Assist with general shop cleanliness, and trash/recycling
  
• Stay informed of logistics trends and
  
• Monitor regulatory changes regarding Dangerous Goods, particularly Lithium-Ion Batteries
  
• Participate in and support all shop activities as
  

Requirements

• Completion of Associates or Bachelor s Degree in Business or Broadcast Communications
  
• Strong computer skills
  
• Ability to work on multiple tasks and projects independently as well as in a team-oriented
  
• Must be able to work on multiple projects with tight
  
• Strong problem solving, prioritization and analytical
  
• Excellent communication and organizational
  
• Valid driver s
  
• Forklift Certification will be required and provided by
