What will you do?
Responsibilities:
Segmenting potential customers and curating the means of communication, leading to quick-test pilots (what works/what doesn't) to increase paid users /engage existing users on Wellthy Budget
Execute multi-channel lead acquisition strategy (digital/offline) in conjunction with Care delivery and Content marketing ( Channels - FB , Instagram, Youtube , G-Ads, SEO & SMM)
Define the digital customer acquisition strategy across all digital marketing channels (website, blogs, emails, and social media) in line with the company's
Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing
Develop, implement, and refine retention marketing strategy to drive cross-sell/upsell and improve DAU, WAU, and
Build an experimentation framework and conduct A/B experiments with clear success/failure
Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
Experiment across the whole customer Lifecycle funnel from Install to onboarding to Engagement to Retention
Measuring and reporting the performance of growth marketing campaigns at a cohort level and assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Own creativity to create compelling SUBJECT LINES and AD COPIES for multiple channels to meet Growth KPIs
Work with the Product Team and lead impactful go-to-market strategies for upsells and
Skills & Qualifications
Deep understanding and expertise in growth ;
Subscriptions + Revenue role experience or/and product experience in tech companies will be an added advantage
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Growth Marketing, CLM, 360 Degree Marketing Preferably in News & Media, Entertainment, Health Techs, E-Com, or Fintech
Understanding of segmentation and planning marketing
You possess excellent analytic skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behaviour trends to drive actionable insights &
Experience in managing multiple projects - prioritisation, planning, and
Deep knowledge of Mo-Engage, CleverTap, WebEngage & other CLM tools
Monthly data presentation and alignment to business KPIs
