Due to expansion in our Business Development team we have a brand-new opportunity for two Bid Writers to work in our Bid Management

This role will report to one of our Bid Managers/Senior Bid Manager and will be responsible for creating technically sound and customer centric content for a large volume of bids across multiple service In addition, you will also focus on developing the look and feel of our bid documents in order for them to reflect our business culture and The role will typically involve 70% bid writing/content development and 30% process

Who are we looking for?

The successful UK Bid Writers must have at least 3 years bid writing experience and will be able to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of Ground Control and our customers requirements, in order to effectively articulate solutions that fit well with the customer s strategy and A track record of success in winning and retaining contracts is also essential, particularly in grounds maintenance/arboriculture/landscaping/vegetation management The Bid Management team operates at high pace with multiple internal stakeholders, therefore an ability to work collaboratively and well under pressure is

In addition, you will need:

• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and subject experts as well as your team
• Strong organisational and analytical experience
• Experience within the grounds maintenance/FM sector is highly desirable but not essential
