• Strong experience being a Scrum Master for IT product development projects that incorporate Agile and Scrum principles and best practices
  
• Remove obstacles that may be beyond the teams authority or may require support from other teams
  
• Address roadblocks and technical issues faced to allow the team to remain focused on achieving the milestones and project objectives
  
• Organising and facilitating daily stand-ups, requirement estimation, sprint & release planning, demos, retrospectives, and other related team meetings
