Key requirements:

Lead the business in all manufacturing plants in SEA, including manufacturing, engineering and

Implement World Class Manufacturing best practices and execute Operational Excellence

Lead all General Managers to meet business

Improve and ensure high operational performance in Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Working Capital management and Employee

Deeply understand customer expectations and set procedures and standards across the plants to ensure a consistent delivery of

Lead Continuous Improvement on processes to reduce waste and improve

Responsible for P&L of all the

Provide a strong leadership to local teams to ensure high sales growth and a motivated

Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop new relationships with new

Minimum 20 years in Manufacturing environment with strong operations and sales

Experience in precision manufacturing with strong background in Engineering and

Proven track record of delivering World Class Manufacturing best practices for several

Proven track record in growing revenue profitability and improving

Possess strong business acumen, strategic and continuous improvement

Strong communication skills with customers and
