Sheet Metal Machinist

• Responsible for setting up machines for jobs according to work orders and engineering
  
• Follows directions and produces required quantity of
  
• Works on different types of equipment (CNC press brake, drill press, PEMserter, band saw, shear, etc) to carry out a particular phase of the production
  
• Must produce parts within required
  
• Follows work order instructions, blueprint reading and geometric
  
• Responsible for taking care of routine machine maintenance and keeping work area in neat
  
• Maintains simple reports on work orders handled, quantities produced and quality reports
  
• Ability to follow work order instructions, blueprint reading and geometric
  

Requirements

• High school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma
  
• Two (2) years of satisfactory experience in a related position, five (5) years preferred
  
• Strong math skills including algebra, geometry, basic trigonometry
  
• Strong working knowledge with work holding, cutting tools, grinding wheels and shop
