الوصف الوظيفي
-Contact customers who have placed orders on our website to confirm the order and ensure customer satisfaction -Follow up with customers who have not answered calls and cancel orders if necessary -Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and order details -Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate Requirements:
•Previous experience in telesales or customer service
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively •Strong sales skills and ability to meet sales targets
•Proficient in using CRM systems and other sales tools
