Education: high school education is required; college certificate or diploma will be an asset
Work experience: 1 to 2 years of experience is required.

Job requirements:
Typing and proofreading correspondence, forms and other documents.
Greeting clients and direct them to service areas.
Determining and establishing office procedures and routines.
Scheduling and confirming employers appointments.
Answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages.
Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory.
Opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and co-ordinating the flow of information.
Setting up and maintaining manual and computerized information filing system.
Preparing end of the day reports.
