Position Summary

The Digital Technical Analyst plays a crucial role within a driven and innovative Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, supporting the digital functions of eCommerce, Marketplace and connected Retail.
The role is responsible to support Under Armour operations in the ever-changing online environment, through issue resolution and improved system processes.
The Digital Technical Analyst understands complex processes and system integrations, supports in designing clear, documented solutions to those problems, and ensures that the final product satisfies the business objectives while providing consumers with a rich and relevant experience.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a desire to both understand our processes and translate them into clear and actionable content.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day operational support and root cause analysis for potential defects in the digital commerce platforms and support the appraisal of potential improvements.
- Partner with and support key internal stakeholders and third-party partners to strengthen existing processes.
- Liaise with delivery teams to support the implementation of system changes.
- Develop a deep understanding of core processes, functions, and technical flows to build sustainable and scalable solutions.
- Own the quality and accuracy of technical deliverables and support on regional testing and validations.

Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills & Abilities)

- A strong working knowledge of SAP (FMS and/or Sales Distribution and Material Management modules is a plus).
- Experience with software ticketing tools such as JIRA or ServiceNow.
- Understanding of systems integration, data flows and gap analysis.
- Capability to build complex process maps.
- A proven track record utilizing strong problem solving and analytical skills to understand business challenges and opportunities in the context of the requirements.

Education And / Or Experience

- A minimum of 3 years experience in either an application support, QA or project coordination role, with exposure to business and technical analysis and verification using agile methodologies.
- Experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) is a strong plus.
- Exposure to Marketplace platforms and integrators is a strong plus.
- An understanding of fundamental web technologies such as XML, HTML, JS & CSS
