Sr. Civil Engineer - TEXAS PE - Project Manager

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Civil Engineer to join the management team of a very successful General Civil Engineering firm. Need engineer with BSCE and PE as well as at least 10 years of civil engineering experience. Need engineer who can manage site design for a variety of land development projects. Commercial, residential, municipal and some light industrial projects. Manage projects cradle to grave. Project scope, proposal, design, report, project engineering, budgeting, scheduling, etc. Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work with clients on a regular basis. Mentor and manage junior engineers and designers.

This is an engineering position, that carries a lot of responsibility and a compensation package to match. Six figure salary, great benefits package, Compensation package that includes bonus formulas as well as salary based on experience.

Strongly prefer to hire professional engineer who currently lives and works in the Dallas area.
