Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Attorney with a strong background in litigation to join our team. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) rules and regulations. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of personal injury cases from initial consultation to trial with a focus on cases involving commercial vehicles slip and falls homeowners claims etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury cases including those involving commercial vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough investigations legal research and discovery.
  • Draft pleadings motions and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in court including trials hearings and depositions.
  • Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with experts including accident reconstructionists and medical professionals.
  • Ensure compliance with FMCSA rules and regulations in relevant cases.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and updates.
  • Work remotely with a high degree of autonomy and professionalism.

Requirements :


Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus.
  • Must be a licensed attorney in good standing authorized to practice law within the state of Texas.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law specifically representing plaintiffs.
  • Indepth knowledge and comprehension of statespecific laws regulations and legal practices related to personal injury.
  • Advanced research and analytical capabilities including the adept interpretation and application of legal precedents statutes and regulations.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities capable of efficiently drafting reviewing and editing legal documents contracts and correspondence.
  • Demonstrated success in case management and client advocacy with a consistent record of securing favorable outcomes.
  • Proficient in conducting comprehensive legal research preparing detailed legal briefs and offering cogent legal advice to clients.
  • Strong team player with the ability to seamlessly integrate and collaborate with paralegals support staff and fellow attorneys.
  • Excellent organizational and meticulous attention to detail equipped to handle numerous cases and meet tight deadlines concurrently.
  • Proven discretion and integrity in managing confidential and sensitive information.
