For a Spin-off of an existing company we are looking for a Business Developer.
The Spin-Off already has running websites and a 6-digit turnover. It is our goal to increase the turnover to approx. 5 million EUR within the next 3 years.
The business developer can fall back on existing resources of existing companies. Over time, he should bundle all processes in the new company and build his own team.
Tasks
- Optimization of existing marketing channels
- Establishment of a first team in the area of marketing and operations
- Further development of the websites (new products)
- Internationalization of the online stores (Europe / USA)
- Establishment of partnerships
- Further development of CRM & Reporting
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit, experience in setting up companies
- University degree in business administration or comparable, comparable training
- Professional experience in the areas of sales, business development, account management or similar
- Strategic, analytical and customer-oriented thinking with organizational skills and a high level of initiative
- Experience in the field of online marketing
- Business fluent in English, other languages an advantage
- Imagination, initiative and the enthusiasm to develop things from scratch
