We are looking for a full-time Sales Manager who is ready to tackle the challenge of bringing decentralised identities to the masses.

About Fractal

Fractal s mission is to empower and incentivize users & businesses to exchange data in a privacy-preserving way so that the balance of power and control between web platforms and their users is restored. In order to accomplish our mission, the first goal is to become the number 1 identity provider in the web3 industry and we re gearing up. We are VC-backed and have almost 1 million users and 160+ platforms using our services.

Now we re looking for a talented sales manager to bring us to the next level! We pride ourselves on enabling individuals to grow and excel in their careers. Thus, this position has no minimum requirements, as long as you are motivated and bright-minded.

Tasks

The Role

This is a highly visible position with quota-carrying responsibility for generating new sales.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Identify, develop, and create new business
  • Prospect into strategic leads via multiple channels
  • Build strong relationships and pitch Fractal s multiple identity solutions
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide the best service to our clients
  • Represent Fractal at international events as an identity expert

You will be part of a driven and passionate Sales team supported by Lead Gen specialists and a SalesOps manager.
