URGENTLY HIRING

We are looking for experienced Team leaders for Night shifts with experience in Medication administration for our clients in Plymouth. If you have a minimum 6 months experience working as a Team leader adminisration medication, please apply for this role.

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (Desirable)
  
• Grade 3 care assistant (Desirable)
  
• Medication Administartion expereince (Essential)
  
• Up to date DBS(Essential)
  
• Right to work in the UK(Essential)
  

As a Team leader you will:

Key responsibilities

Attending all training & supervision that is required for your role

Support and Inspire your team through West View s Vision, Mission and Values

Identify strength and capabilities to best support the day to day operations

Adhere to all West View policies and procedures and have an understanding of accountability to ensure compliance with all West View policies and regulatory requirements.

Ensure any regulatory activity, such as personal care and administering medicines, is delivered within regulations
