Multi-disciplined consulting firm with established office looking to add a talented Talent Acquisition Partnerfor their Madison, Wisconsin team!
Responsibilities:
- Lead strategic plan for school recruitment partnerships
- Identify, build and execute recruiting strategies for all job types
- Coordinate staffing needs, job description completion and job postings with hiring teams
- Use multiple avenues to source candidates (social media, resume databases, Boolean searches, industry contacts, professional networks, and career events)
- Use ICIMS to manage/review/present candidates
- Pre-screen candidates, schedule interviews, prepare candidate/hiring teams, and coordinate offers
- Serve as primary contact for the candidate through the hiring process
- Process background/reference checks
- Assist with onboarding
- Manage/organize career fair events
- Assist with company s Affirmative Action Plans
- Manage employee referral program
- Prepare recruitment reports
- Participate in meetings
Requirements:
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business, Psychology or related field
- 5+ experience in full life-cycle in-house recruiting for a medium to large business
- Applicant Tracking System experience
- Understand recruiting technology/trends
- Look for new staffing ideas and make recommendations to leadership
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and reprioritize as needed
- Understand a sense of urgency/service orientation
- Ability to work on a team that may be geographically dispersed
