At this time, we are eagerly looking for Finnish Customer Care Talents to first join our Talent Pool and International community still this year and to start a new, long-term inbound customer care, 100% remote project in January with us, on our new project in the EV charging industry! Requirements
We are looking for you in case you have:
- Min. 2 years of Inbound Contact Center experience ticket handling, chat handing, and call handling.
- Strong user level of Computing Skills.
- You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others.
- You have excellent written and oral skills in Finnish and a proficient level of English.
- College or University Degree is an advantage.
- It is also an advantage if you already have experience in EV-charging.
