O2C Vendor Master Data

Responsibilities:

• Create customers in SAP based on information provided by the division. Reviewing the information for completeness and accuracy based on the business requirement/process.

• Works with business units and appropriate team members to resolve Master Data issues in an efficient and timely manner

• Manage customer data and customer data integrity across systems

• Ensure Replication of data is conducted in a timely manner.

• Operate and manage established systems for the management of internal data and make recommendations for improvement as appropriate

• Ensuring full and effective inter-company communication of any process or data changes.

• In cooperation with Master Data Manager and Business Analyst develop tools required to effectively manage all customer master data issues and improve data accuracy.

• Resolve any problem areas of existing customer master data integrity and provide solutions going forward.

• Day to day management of Vendor Master data updates with collation and co-ordination through data providers / users.

• Be an active member of assigned integration projects that involve Vendor Master Data changes.
