The purpose of the Distribution Sales Specialist is to make distributors successful in selling our client product in combination with the achievement of sales targets and the management of relationships with distributors assigned.
Responsibilities:
- Finding new distributors and developing assigned existing distributors according through the Distributor Development Program
- Expanding the value proposition of our client product in the market
- Covering geographical areas and industry segments
- Develop the smart customer segment as well as selected end users with distributors as an enabler.
Requirements
- Bachelor in Engineering such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology, business administration, or comparable qualification
- 3+ years experience in handling distributor sales channels, especially in automation market
- Experience in the industrial automation market and the respective industries, products and applications is crucial
- Adaptive communication skills are crucial
- Experience in the field of operational Distribution Sales is important
- Fluent in spoken and written English is important
- Good understanding of business practices and behavioral styles of Distributors in the respective area
