الوصف الوظيفي
- Comply with Client’s Change Request process.
- Maintain and log all the Change Requests, and all the activities to be documented.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor Ongoing deployment for patches or apply recommendations on UAT environment
- The Patching plan will be discussed with the respective application vendors and will proactively coordinate with them to give timely response to the patching requests.
- Coordinate with respective teams and 3PP to review patch deployment and get approvals for the deployment or apply recommendations on production.
- The Patching plan will be prepared before the activities and the required timely approvals must be taken from the client personnel as well as the application vendor.
- Review and verify the patch application, taking into consideration patch dependencies.
