IoT Test Engineer

WHAT ARE WE HIRING

We are looking for an experienced IoT Test Engineer for our smart cities solutions. As a tester, you will work with the development team on topics like Smart Roads & City and Public Safety Sensors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Analyze & enhance users use cases & requirements for validity and feasibility;
• Develop effective test strategies, test plans & test cases;
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers & our certified Schr der Laboratory;
• Execute all levels of Manual testing (System, Integration and Regression);
• Detect & report bugs and errors to development teams and help troubleshooting;
• Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle;
• Be part of a highly diversified team dealing with electronic, IoT, embedded, back & front-end software;
• Develop and configure test automation networks and execute stability and performance tests;
• Involve product design to guarantee adherence of test coverage for meeting end user requirements;
• Record test results and report and verify software bug fixes to accept automation criteria;
• Answer technical issues to resolve and follow up.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• M.SC. in Computer Science, Electronic Engineer or related field;
• Minimum 1 years of experience in test automation;
• High proficiency level in Python;
• Working experience with Jira, Confluence, Testing methodologies, Agile methodologies, and Performance testing experience.
• Open for worldwide short-term travel.
• Lisbon area-based.
