What you will Do

As a Technical Project Manager, you will be managing software development projects in the Infrastructure and Platform automation teams. You will work with our partner teams in Infrastructure, Site Reliability, CI/CD, etc. teams to coordinate projects for successful on-time delivery.

Manage PaaS Portfolio and Roadmap

Agile Facilitator for Agile Scrum/Kanban Teams

Manage software development and regular releases

Manage the sprint planning, grooming, and scrum calls

Monitor and manage adherence to defined standard software quality metrics

Track project progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate, and mitigate risks

Manage expectations from the clients, partners, and stakeholders on deliverables

Communicate status to leadership and project stakeholders

Work with the product leader, manager, and technical leader to prioritize deliverables

Prepare clear, concise metrics and reports for management

Required Skills and Experience

8+ years of technical project management experience in managing software development projects

Excellent knowledge and extensive experience working with Scrum and Agile methodologies

Strong hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA Cloud

Good communication, collaboration, leadership, and presentation skills

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple competing priorities without losing sight of the highest priority items

Understanding of various technologies and able to build Roadmaps & Prioritize Business Outcomes

Ability to drive continuous improvements and operational excellence

Experience working with global teams and able drive decisions & outcomes
