Knowledge Management Specialist

• Obtain business requirements by working with business stakeholders.
  
• Analyze the area where automation will help business.
  
• Collect data from various data sources and teams, identifying the necessary data points.
  
• Develop a proposed design.
  
• Generate the Excel VBA macros necessary to automate corporate processes (with system integration and not limited to VBA only)
  
• Support and/or improve current VBA automations.
  
• Introduce the current automation to more business units.
  
• As a subject-matter expert (SME) for process standardization and question reference
  
• Prepares performance and management reports and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and as-needed basis by gathering and confirming operational, financial, and human resource data.
  
• Collaborates with the HOD, the team managers, and the team leaders to gather the data needed for the reports and dashboards, and to get CEO approval when needed.
  
• Oversees the delivery of high-quality, error-free reports and dashboards that are promptly distributed to OSS management and business partners.
  
• Ensures that timely progress updates of defined projects and initiatives are delivered for regular monitoring and communication with OSS management and Business Partners in collaboration with the HOD, Team Managers, and Team Leaders.
  
• Users are given technical support and direction for setting up and maintaining Confluence, BOTs, automation, and macros.
  
• Cross supports are provided as needed for AU/NZ operations.
  
• The thoroughness of the governance and process documents.
  
• Reporting to the manager of AU NZ operations support.
  
• For any projects that might include suppliers or developers, collaboration with the appropriate AU NZ team managers and OpEx is required.
  

Requirements

• Min Diploma/ Bachelors degree inarts or sciences with business, knowledge management, change management, information systems, marketing, communications, or any related field.
  
• Working experience in management consulting, knowledge management, agile project management, business analysis, consulting, and/or organization development(fresh graduates are welcomed)
  
• Prior expertise with user interface design, knowledge management, information systems, content management, or a similar fields.
  
• Project management or Agile certifications (CSM,PMP)
  
• Business development and strategic planning expertise in the management consulting sector
  
• Prior experience with knowledge management, design thinking, change management, and organizational design
