Franchise Business Partner/Project Manager (f/m/d)

DODO is a fast-growing technology - logistics company with branches in 7 countries

(Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Poland, and newly in Germany and Austria).

Now we are establishing a new branch DoDo Germany GmbH. We are looking for

a great Franchise manager/Project Manager for our new Germany
branch, who is experienced in the Franchise field.

You will cooperate with our other Franchise managers from our abroad
branches and help with developing new franchise projects.

We are not corporate, you will have a huge space and freedom for
a realization of your ideas.

Tasks

• Be responsible for franchise projects
• Lead project from A to Z, planning, realization, supervision, and evaluation
• Help with preparing business plans
• Work on analysis, and documentation of the projects
• Report ongoing and results, presenting them to the management
• Cooperate and communicate with franchise managers, suppliers, with headquarter

Requirements

• Experience with project management and franchises, you must know, how everything works
• Know how to lead projects, you can handle unexpecting situations
• Have a high level of English and German
• Have a great communication, energy, dynamics, and result orientation
• You have a taste to work and showing, what is the best in You
