Business Analyst Working Student (f/m/d)

Tasks

You are ahead of the curve and deliver a product that users love to use. We at Tidely are aiming to review every request and feedback to find the ones that are worth the effort and investment. Therefore, you will go through feedback and understand, filter, and evaluate them. You will assist us in achieving this goal.

You will be responsible of understanding and validating user feedback, stay in close contact with our Sales and Customer Success teams, and conduct market research to evaluate possible solutions. You will research competitors to see how they approach problems.

You will get the opportunity to define and implement new work processes and optimize structures to make sure all customers are feeling heard and our product continues to grow in the right direction.

Requirements

You are able to read and understand feedback and talk to different stakeholders such as your Sales and Customer Success colleagues in order to understand how many customers were
confronted with the relevant topics. Subsequently, you are able to approach the PO to evaluate the feedback.

You are able to determine whether the feedbacks are valid or not. You are a student of any related field, e. g. Administration, Business,
Processes etc.
