Continuous Improvement Engineer

Work closely with the UK Operations Manager to implement lean processes ensuring that the efficiency and quality of operational process is continually improved.

You Will:

• Contribute to the 5s initiative to ensure that improvements are sustained and entrenched within the business.
  
  
• Host Kaizen improvement events.
  
  
• Ensure the operational layout , both at macro and micro levels, is suitable for a highly efficient and defect free environment.
  
  
• Improve levels of engagement with associates so that their ideas can be harvested and implemented to improve the overall efficiency of the operation.
  

Requirements

• Has previously worked in a similar role in the automotive industry for3 years
  
  
• Operational background
  

• QMS
  
  
• Kaizen/5S
  
  
• Competent in MS Office.
  
  
• High level of mathematical skills with the ability and competence in data interrogation
